My Family
Apart from my faith, my family is the most important thing in my life. While this is an older image, this is one of the few that I have with all of us. It's also one of my favorites.
My husband and I have been married for 25 years. We have been through a lot together, but we have come out stronger. He supports me and encourages me every day. He makes me laugh, and he makes me smile. Whether it's been with my books, with my schooling, or my job, I know that I can always count on him. He is my heart and my cowboy.
My oldest is 23 years old. She is our child with autism. She has come a long way, and she is an amazing young woman with a lot of spirit. She recently graduated with her GED, and we are incredibly proud of her!
Our youngest is 15, and he's gifted, with his own learning disabilities. He's an amazing kid with a heart of gold. We are very proud of him and who he is becoming.
Our family also includes a horse named Tally, a beagle named Jack and a kitten named Molly. We love our animals and they mean everything to us.
